Musing Pam
My name is Pam, and I am a lover of God, a wife, mother to 2 beautiful girls and a social worker in my professional life. My journey through parenting has made me reflect a lot on my identity and values that stems from how I was parented therefore, birthing “musing Pam”. I chose to start this blog to help me become more intentional about how I parent my children, putting them at the centre, to teach me to be sensitive to their needs, but at the same time create safe boundaries for them to learn life lessons for their future endeavours.
This blog is by no means one aimed at telling you how to parent, it is infact a journey I hope to take with you, where we share, learn and grow together. I hope to build a community with you where we unlearn the habits that hampered our relationships with our parents, learn from our children to understand their needs, and pass down those values that give us an identity to be proud of.
